If I was a food blogger

Most recipes that I follow are from cookbooks and then there’s the recipes that I found online-

  1. Sourdough
  2. Baklava
  3. Magic Broccoli
  1. Sourdough

Whatever, skip it if you have already had enough. I love sourdough and I always have. Childhood memories are dotted with breakfast at my grandfather’s house eating sourdough pancakes. Now I have a starter and I use this site Cleaver Carrot for tips

2. Baklava

Sometime a few years ago I decided to try making baklava from scratch. Wow it’s a lot of work layering the butter and sheets of phyllo dough but it’s all worth it in the end. I recommend watching Natasha’s Kitchen and just watch the video at the bottom 🙂

3. Magic Broccoli

This is a delicious side dish. I had steamed broccoli with cheese for the longest time until I saw this video from Evan and Katelyn- yes, the Evan and Katelyn; they made this spicy grilled broccoli on their channel and it slaps

Bonus: Garlic Cranberry Rolls

I kid you not, these are the best thing on the planet. If you are having a bad day- hold on- these are amazing and might just change your life. These are Cranberry Ciabatta Rolls and when you add garlic and butter with a pinch of salt (or honestly Johnny’s Garlic Spread and Seasoning) and bake in a 375 degree F oven for about 7-10 minutes depending on how crispy you want them- you get the most amazing garlic bread! I get asked to make these at all the family dinners.

Bon appetit!
